My seminars are non-interactive talks with dedicated time for question and answer at the end of each session and during set intervals for sessions longer than 1 hour.

The major aim is to demystify culture and make attendants clearly aware of :

  • What culture is and why it exist.
  • The meeting of cultures: yesterday and today (see classic culture theories and today's culture challenge ).
  • The role of culture at the workplace.
  • What can be done to make the best out of cross-cultural and multicultural work.

Seminars vary from one hour to four hours duration.

Apart form basic and fundamental themes, my seminars are designed in collaboration with my clients, as to deliver maximum value on the basis of their specific needs.
