These are highly interactive sessions that can be split into two categories:

  • For a mixed audience; focusing on the generic aspects of culture and diversity at work.
  • For a specific group (for example, attendants from a single organization or part of an international team); addressing their specific situation and needs.

The major aim of my workshops is to add cultural awareness and provide knowledge and strategy on how to manage culture and diversity for the better outcome at work.

Workshops vary from one to five days duration.
